Our History
History of The Hey Girl Hey Wellness Conference
The Hey Girl Hey Conference, originally known as “The Renewed Conference,” was launched in 2011 with the mission of providing sisterhood, life skills, and empowerment for women, helping them advance their lives and accomplish their dreams. Over the years, this transformative event has evolved, continually adapting to meet the needs of its participants.
In 2023, the conference adopted its new name, "Hey Girl Hey," reflecting a fresh and vibrant approach while maintaining its core values. The conference has always been a safe haven for women to connect, share experiences, and support each other, fostering a strong sense of community and mutual encouragement.
Looking ahead to 2024, the Hey Girl Hey Conference will focus on the capacity it takes to be successful in every area of life. This year's theme emphasizes the holistic approach to success, acknowledging that true accomplishment requires balance and well-being across various aspects of life.
The conference features an expert panel of speakers who bring a wealth of knowledge from both their professional careers and personal life experiences. These speakers are dedicated to promoting self-care and clarity, providing attendees with practical insights and inspiration.
